We will co-ordinate services such as building and pest, any relevant searches and valuations that will provide an in depth summary of the property, leaving no stone unturned and giving you all the available information in an easy to understand format, free of jargon and unnecessary complexity.
When we’ve found your ideal property, we will bid and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal possible.
Once the offer has been accepted, we will continue to be with you every step of the way through to settlement and beyond to ensure a smooth settlement process and coordination with other professional parties involved such as brokers, conveyancers, property managers, and trades.
